We kindly ask all customers to carefully review product details, dimensions, colors, and delivery information before placing an order. Furniture purchases require planning, and return requests should only be made when absolutely necessary.

Returns & Eligibility

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as delivered
  • The item must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return requests must be approved before sending the item back
  • Items that have been opened, assembled, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Assembled or used furniture
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Mattresses once packaging has been opened
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can promptly evaluate and resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

  • Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping
